The Region 5 Workforce Collaborative (R5WC) is a partnership of adult education providers and workforce development support services in Butler, Clermont, Hamilton and Warren Counties. Adult education providers include Adult Career-Technical Centers, Community Colleges, University Regional Campuses, and Adult Basic Literacy Education Centers. R5WC's vision/mission aligns with the Governor's strategic plan, the University System of Ohio and Ohio Skills Bank.
